BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury said, Awami League has been completely defeated politically.

He said this at a public meeting organized by Mymensingh District BNP at Mymensingh Polytechnic Institute grounds on Sunday (May 28) afternoon.

The rally was organized with 10-point demands, including increase in commodity prices, resignation of the government, elections under a neutral government and Khaleda Zia's release.

Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury said, Awami League has been destroyed. Now Awami League is run by some police of Awami brand. And BNP is now politically the strongest party in the country. So the defeat of Awami League is certain.
